平易近人 星級食府 - 「添好運」

今次我地"SPD4459為食港女團" 捐窿捐拿,捐左去深水埗帶大家去試下米芝蓮美食指南榮獲1星的連鎖點心餐廳「添好運」,是全球最廉宜的「星級食府」。
This time, we, the "SPD4459 Gluttonous Kong Girl Group" went to Sham Shui Po and discover a chain dim sum restaurant named "Tim Ho Wan", which is a Michelin Guide 1-star restaurant and known as the cheapest Michelin-starred restaurant worldwide.

直至現時,添好運共有5間分店,分別在北角、深水埗、中環、將軍奧及大角咀。
Until now, Time Ho Wan has 5 branches in Hong Kong which located at North Point, Sham Shui Po, Central, Yseung Kwan O and Tai Kok Tsui respectively.

添好運點心專門店大廚兼創辦人麥桂培曾經說過:「做港式點心最重要的美味關鍵就是：食材一定要新鮮！ 」
我想這必是添好運成功的一。
The founder and chef of Time Ho Wan had said that"The most critical point of making Hong Kong style dim sum tasty is the fresh ingredients!"
I think this must be one of the point that make Time  Ho Wan successful.

今次我們一行三人來到的時候 門口已經有不少的人等位入坐。

我們先在門口同職員報人數, 跟住給我們一張手寫單,讓我們在店的門口等叫號碼。

 3 members of the "SPD4459 Gluttonous Kong Girl Group" wwnt together this time, when we arrived, there was already many people waiting outside.
We need to tell the staff the number of people we have and then they will give us a hand-written paper. We had to wait outside the restaurant and wait for the staff to call our number when there's vacancy for us.

門口有幾張通知, 提醒客人一些公司的規矩。

選擇唔算多 只有一頁。

1. 晶瑩鮮蝦餃 Har Gow/Shrimp Dumplings (HKD$26)

皮薄 餡多 

2. 酥皮焗叉燒包 Crispy BBQ Pork Bun (HKD$19)

真不愧為必叫之選! (Must order item)

3. 鳳爪排骨飯 Chicken feet & spareribs rice (HKD$26)

 不過不失! Not Bad!

4. 布拉免治牛肉腸粉 Minced Beef Rice Noodle Rolls (HKD$19)

皮薄如紙而且口感軟滑! Very Soft !(Must order item 2 )

5. 香滑馬拉糕 Cantonese Sponge Cake (HKD$14)

另一必叫  香甜軟滑! (Must order item 3)

大定有機會一定要試下啊!!!!

When you got a chance, you have to try "Tim Ho Wan"!!!!
