第一間介紹麗姐涼果店。呢間通常賣乾果同涼果。價錢都算相宜,雖然鋪仔細細但種類都好多選擇。

The first shop is Ms. Lai Preserved Fruit Shop. This shop mainly sell dried fruit, nuts, and preserved fruit. The price is not high and have many choices.


 


第二間係老香港懷舊小食,呢間賣懷舊小食多,好似爆谷、麥芽糖餅、棉花糖、花生糖等等。
The second shop is Old Hong Kong Nostalgic Snacks . You can buy popcorn, maltose biscuits marshmallows, peanut brittle, and etc.




第三間桃源龍鬚糖糯米糍,呢間係一間出名既龍鬚糖專賣店。糯米糍都好出名好好食架。同埋價錢都幾平,$16就有一大盒龍鬚糖或糯米糍,值得一試。

The third shop is TaoYuen. This is a famous shop which selling dragon bread candy and glutinous rice dumpling. The price is not expensive, worth to try one.



大家食薯片食到悶可以黎西九龍中心一樓買一些特別又懷舊既零食,都係一個唔錯既選擇。
If you want to try any other special snacks, you can come and buy some of it.

最近應讀者提議到劉森記試食
事前小編做資料搜集時發現深水涉有兩間劉森記
一間在桂林街 另一間在福榮街
但網上的資料並沒有明顯提給兩者的分別
於是小編便根據Openrice的好評指數選擇桂林街那一間

Due to one of our audience's suggestion, we (SPD4459 Sham Shui Po's Foodie) visited Lau Sum Kee Noodle.  Before the visit, we found out there are two Lau Sum Kee Noodle in Sham Shui Po.  Searching from the Internet, we were not able to find the difference.  Finally, we made the decision base on the preference from Openrice: the branch in Kweilin Street.








當天星期六下午五時到達食店
剛好有一枱結帳 不用等位
雖然食客不太多 但由於店舖面積小
所以仍然坐得擠迫
姐姐清理桌子時 小編問她兩間劉林記的分別
姐姐二話不說 就答兩間都是一樣的

We arrived the restaurant at 5pm on Saturday.  Luckily, some of the diners finished their meal when we have arrived the entrance.  So we did not need to wait outside.  To a certain extent, it can be classified as a tiny restaurant.  Although there were less than 15 diners, the space was still tight.  We asked the waitress about the other Lau Sum Kee Noodle in Fuk Wing Street.  She pointed out they are the same immediately.

There were many newspaper and magazine clippings on the wall of the restaurant.  Among those, two photos of famous restaurant critic (Mr Chua Lam) and the restaurant owner were also placed on it.



每張桌上都擺放着一些調味品
其中有一罐透明密封玻璃瓶
內裏放着醃制過的蘿蔔條

There were some seasonings on each table.  A glass bottle of preserved daikon was provided for diners.

大部分食物的價格界乎於HKD30-40
小編今次點了酏名蝦子撈麵、
招牌淨雲吞及細淨牛腩牛筋
五分鐘後食物便續一送上

The price of a main dish is around HKD30 to 40.  We ordered noodle with shrimp eggs, specialty wonton and small-sized beef tendon and brisket.  The food was served 5 minutes after we ordered it.
蝦子撈麵會跟一小碗清湯
其實小編不知道撈麵跟清湯的作用
一直以為清湯是用來沾濕太乾的麵
麵上灑上一大堆蝦子 食前建議先撈匀
用6呎長竿壓出的竹昇麵果然十分彈牙
味道不錯 值得推介
The noodle with shrimp eggs was served with a small bowl of soup which we guess the function of it is to let the dry noodle wetter.  It is suggested to mix the shrimp eggs well with noodle before enjoying the dish.  The texture of the noodle was springy.  We totally recommend this dish.


而招牌淨雲吞的雲吞皮可以更薄
餡料的蝦可以更豐富

The specialty wonton was fair.  There were two areas to improve.  The wrapper was not thin enough.  The amount of shrimp, which is one kind of the filling, was not enough.

另外 細淨牛腩牛筋的味道亦不錯
但有少部分牛腩比較乾比較'柴'
同行友人說他去過福榮街那間劉森記
那次點的淨牛腩牛筋內質較淋

The taste of small-sized beef tendon and brisket were nice.  But, a small amount of the briskets were a bit dry.





結帳三款食物共HKD103
- 蝦子撈麵HKD33
- 招牌淨雲吞HKD25
- 細淨牛腩牛筋HKD45

The price of the three dishes was HKD103.
- Noodle with shrimp eggs HKD33
- Specialty wonton HKD25
- Small-sized beef tendon and brisket HKD45

百年老字號 -- 公和荳品廠



今次我地SPD4459's Foodie Girls終於黎到Sham Shui Po最出名既荳品廠--公和!!
Today we, SPD4459's Foodie Girls, are visiting the most famous soy food maker -- Kung Wo!!

公和荳品廠於1893年由駱邦創辦,到現在已經有百幾年歷史架喇。
This store is about hundred years-old and it was founded by Mr.Lok Bong in 1983.

公和出名既地方就係佢由開店以來都沿用住古式既製作方法 — 手動石磨!用石磨磨出黎既豆漿係最原汁原味既,現時係香港都應該賣少見少。
Kung Wo is still using a traditional stone mill to produce their soya products at the very beginning and such way is hard to find in Hong Kong.


好!接住落黎就要講下佢用傳統方法整既食品喇。
OKAY! Let's talk about their foods.

我地SPD4459's Foodie Girls一黎到門口就見到姨姨忙住煎香噴噴既豆腐,金黃色好吸引!
When arrive, we have attracted by those golden fried tofu! It smell really good!


原來呢到都有用黃豆以外整既小食架,例如腸粉、燒賣、咖哩魚旦、牛肉球等等。
Actually, Kung Wo also sell other local snacks such as  rice noodle rolls, shumai, curry fish ball, and beef ball etc.

不過黎到呢到當然要食佢地既荳品喇!所以我地叫左豆腐花、煎魚腐同豆漿。
we have ordered tofu pudding, fried tofu and fish mix and soy milk.



豆腐花同豆漿都有熱同凍兩款選擇。
The tofu pudding and soy milk are provide in both hot and cold you can choose according to your preferences.

豆腐花既味道不錯,豆味香濃重好滑溜。但興凍豆腐花相比,熱豆腐花比較香滑。
For the tofu pudding, the taste of soybean was very strong and rich, also, it texture was very smooth. to compare with the cold tofu pudding, the hot one is smoother.


魚腐其實係魚肉同豆腐混合而成既。魚腐外層炸得金黃,外層好薄,味道方面魚肉好鮮甜,又有豆腐軟滑嘅口感而且鹹度亦適中。
This snack is a mixture of fish meat and tofu. It is golden outside and wrapped with a thin batter. For the taste, the fish meat was sweet and the tofu was smooth, also, is was not salty at all.


另外,豆漿都有三得甜度供選擇,分別係:無糖、少甜同原味。今次我SPD4459's Foodie Girls就膽粗粗買左無糖黎試下!無糖既豆漿比較健康,其豆味好天然好香,但大家都直言話飲唔慣。
On the other hand, there are 3 level of sweetness for us to choose which are sugarless, less sugar and normal. At the end, we choose the sugarless one in order to taste its original flavour. Sugarless soy milk would be healthier and it taste very natural and the taste of soy beam was quite strong and raw. We, SPD4459's Foodies Girls, prefer the normal one because we are not get used to the soy milk without sugar.


除小食以外,公和重有賣一磚磚既豆腐、豆芽、腐竹、豆卜等等
Last but not least, Kung Wo also sell tofu, bean sprout, tofu skin, tofu puff etc.

文化美食薈萃

SPD4459 港女為食團想搞啲新意思!
今次為大家搜羅又可以享受美食,又可以欣賞文化藝術氣息的好地方呢!


一行兩人黎到JCCAC 賽馬會創意藝術中心佢係2008年開幕,以自負盈虧及非牟利機構的模式運作。JCCAC定位是一所多元化及對外開放的藝術村兼藝術中心,成立目的為提供文化藝術創作空間(藝術工作室和展示場地),以協助培育創意人才和推廣藝術文化,為支持香港的藝術發展出一分力。















JCCAC入面有兩間餐廳,一間中式一間西式。一入到去就見到好有特色嘅佈置,中式餐廳"文博軒"有著傳統中式的佈置,亦放好多茶具的裝飾,餐廳供應多款茗茶及精緻點心可供人客品茶同埋歎下一盅兩件;而另一間,亦係我地SPD4459 為食港女團今次試的,係西式餐廳"琉金穗月"。








































琉金穗月這間餐廳在外面看來並冇甚麼特別,室內及室外各有大約二十個座位供客人用餐。意想不到的是,當走到餐廳內裡,放置著很多懷舊的收藏品,包括很多舊式家品,大至電器,傢俬及飾櫃,小至日曆,卡片及雜物都有,確是另一個小天地。






睇完餐牌,食物款式唔算太多,我地最後揀左帕瑪火腿配日本南瓜汁意大利麵同埋一杯意式泡沫咖啡。先講意大利麵,個南瓜汁好特別,每條麵條都沾左好香既南瓜汁,但感覺依然好清新健康唔會太濃味,配搭埋濃郁既帕瑪火腿,味道剛剛好。至於杯咖啡,好香好滑,不過可能係因為食左香濃的帕瑪火腿的關係,令到杯啡飲落的味道略嫌有啲淡。

埋單套餐價$58, 如果以食物質素,環境同佈置黎講,我地SPD4459 為食港女團認為係幾抵幾值得一試的!
