維記咖啡粉麵 | Sham Shui Po

我地 SPD4459 Internet Marketing既為食7人組今日黎到Sham Shui Po搵食，當然唔少得要食返個馳名既維記豬膶麵同咖吷多士啦！一黎到，我地發現維記有2間舖，分別係新店同舊店,兩間店內都有一定數量既食客，而且環境都唔算污糟。
We, the student of Internet Marketing( SPD4459 ) are here today in Sham Shui Po for the well known restaurant, Wai Kee Noodle Cafe, it was very crowded as it is famous for its pork liver noodles and Kaya toast. 

先講下個豬膶麵啦，豬膶同麵比例岩岩好，唔會話得個少少豬膶，而且豬膶爽口得黎又唔會太腥。另外個湯底都有豬膶味同時又不失鮮味，唔好豬膶既朋友都唔會太抗拒，值得一試！
The pork liver noodles taste brilliant with the way they deal with the stench of pork liver. People who resit can give a shot on this. 

至於個咖咉多士都唔錯，厚厚既多士外脆內軟，多士面既每個角落都搽滿咖咉醬，不過我地就略嫌味道濃左啲，如果咖咉醬少返啲會比較好。
For the Kaya toast, we think if less Kaya would match the tasty crispy toast more.

跟住就到個鮮牛肉雞蛋通，牛肉既肉質好林超級易咬，但隻雞蛋就太熟，而且湯底一般，所以呢個菜式都尚算普通。最後就係個咸牛肉蛋治，我地選擇左麵包唔烘底，上枱時熱辣辣，炒蛋同咸牛肉mix埋唔會太咸，而且唔會太會太油，整體都算ok！
Besides, we have ordered beef and egg macaroni and salty beef and egg sandwich. The quality of the  beef in the macaroni was fine and easy to chew but the egg was too well done for us. There is no doubt why it is famous for the pork liver noodles but not the macaroni. The sandwich was great as the scrambled egg mix perfectly with the salty beef as it was not too oily.
