今次我地SPD4459's Foodie Girls終於黎到Sham Shui Po最出名既荳品廠--公和!!
Today we, SPD4459's Foodie Girls, are visiting the most famous soy food maker -- Kung Wo!!

公和荳品廠於1893年由駱邦創辦,到現在已經有百幾年歷史架喇。
This store is about hundred years-old and it was founded by Mr.Lok Bong in 1983.

公和出名既地方就係佢由開店以來都沿用住古式既製作方法 — 手動石磨!用石磨磨出黎既豆漿係最原汁原味既,現時係香港都應該賣少見少。
Kung Wo is still using a traditional stone mill to produce their soya products at the very beginning and such way is hard to find in Hong Kong.


好!接住落黎就要講下佢用傳統方法整既食品喇。
OKAY! Let's talk about their foods.

我地SPD4459's Foodie Girls一黎到門口就見到姨姨忙住煎香噴噴既豆腐,金黃色好吸引!
When arrive, we have attracted by those golden fried tofu! It smell really good!


原來呢到都有用黃豆以外整既小食架,例如腸粉、燒賣、咖哩魚旦、牛肉球等等。
Actually, Kung Wo also sell other local snacks such as  rice noodle rolls, shumai, curry fish ball, and beef ball etc.

不過黎到呢到當然要食佢地既荳品喇!所以我地叫左豆腐花、煎魚腐同豆漿。
we have ordered tofu pudding, fried tofu and fish mix and soy milk.



豆腐花同豆漿都有熱同凍兩款選擇。
The tofu pudding and soy milk are provide in both hot and cold you can choose according to your preferences.

豆腐花既味道不錯,豆味香濃重好滑溜。但興凍豆腐花相比,熱豆腐花比較香滑。
For the tofu pudding, the taste of soybean was very strong and rich, also, it texture was very smooth. to compare with the cold tofu pudding, the hot one is smoother.


魚腐其實係魚肉同豆腐混合而成既。魚腐外層炸得金黃,外層好薄,味道方面魚肉好鮮甜,又有豆腐軟滑嘅口感而且鹹度亦適中。
This snack is a mixture of fish meat and tofu. It is golden outside and wrapped with a thin batter. For the taste, the fish meat was sweet and the tofu was smooth, also, is was not salty at all.


另外,豆漿都有三得甜度供選擇,分別係:無糖、少甜同原味。今次我SPD4459's Foodie Girls就膽粗粗買左無糖黎試下!無糖既豆漿比較健康,其豆味好天然好香,但大家都直言話飲唔慣。
On the other hand, there are 3 level of sweetness for us to choose which are sugarless, less sugar and normal. At the end, we choose the sugarless one in order to taste its original flavour. Sugarless soy milk would be healthier and it taste very natural and the taste of soy beam was quite strong and raw. We, SPD4459's Foodies Girls, prefer the normal one because we are not get used to the soy milk without sugar.


除小食以外,公和重有賣一磚磚既豆腐、豆芽、腐竹、豆卜等等
Last but not least, Kung Wo also sell tofu, bean sprout, tofu skin, tofu puff etc.
