今天有點餓卻沒有大魚大肉的胃口，來一碗熱騰騰的麵就最好不過。

來到了沛華園，看上來比較簡陋的一家店。白光燈下，門口放置了小食攤專用的流動煮食車，都是賣最港式的小食，叻喱魚旦、腸粉、燒賣等等，饞嘴時的最佳選擇。

Here I am in 沛華園. It's a very old shop with no design. Under the white light blub, there is a mobile cooking car which contains many traditional Hong Kong style snacks like curry fish ball, steamed rice roll and shiu mai, etc. All are the best choice for refreshment.

小食不能滿足空虛的胃，所以決定走進店內吃碗麵。 店內沒有什麼裝潢，就是很踏實的一家麵店，有一張張長桌和椅子置於桌的兩邊。餐牌上有不同菜和麵條的選擇，有素有葷，有辣有不辣，任君選擇。

Snacks can't satisfy my hunger, so I walked into the restaurant and want to eat a bowl of noodle. There is almost of decoration in the restaurant but only long tables and chairs on side. Menu is just a piece of order form filled with different choices of vegetables, meats and noodles.

No graceful music here, but only the sound from TV drama. Customers are all eating and looking at the TV. The feeling is just like staying at home. I ordered shanghai noodle and turnip, choi sum, fish ball in little spicy soup. I sipped the how soup first. It waked up my stomach by the taste of spicy. The choi sum is fresh and being cut by pieces. It's really thoughtful. Although the fish balls are just the normal one, definitely not just a dough with MSG yet chewy. The texture of noodle is appropriate, chewy yet undone. The turnip impressed me the most because they were cooked by vegetable booth and keeps the original sweetness of itself.

吃吃麵，看看我甚少看的電視劇，望望身旁的一個個食客，雖然獨自吃著麵，但卻沒有感到孤獨... 就是這平凡小店的非凡之處。

Eating noodle, watching drama, looking at the customers around me. Although I was eating alone, totally not feeling lonely... That's the extraordinary point of this ordinary restaurant.
